My name is Alexis Danse. Trained as a sommelier, wine is my profession, but above all a passion that I have cultivated for as long as I can remember.

"I grew up in a family where wine had its place at the table, let’s just say I am the one who decided to take it very seriously."

My journey has led me to work in exceptional establishments, notably at Château de Vignée, known for having one of the most beautiful cellars in Wallonia.

I have also had the chance to evolve at La Table de Manon, alongside Manon Schenck (Lady Chef 2023) and David Delmas (Best Head Waiter 2026).

Here, you do not come to a wine merchant in the classical sense.

You come to a sommelier. To be advised, guided, and sometimes even surprised, always with simplicity.

Vendanges is both a cellar and a wine bar.

You can choose a bottle to take away or settle in to enjoy it on the spot, in a friendly, relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
